At Janie Lee Collection, every order is carefully prepared and inspected before shipment to ensure quality and satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality assurance purposes, we maintain a strict return policy.

We do not offer refunds.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

 

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 5 days of the delivery date for store credit or exchange only.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags must still be attached
  • Item must be free of makeup, perfume, stains, odors, or damage
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Any item returned without original tags attached will be rejected.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Worn or used items
  • Items without tags
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Accessories, undercaps, and pins
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Gift cards


Return Process

If your return is approved, return instructions will be provided.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Janie Lee Collection is not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

We will review the matter and determine an appropriate resolution.


Refused Returns

Any return that does not meet our policy requirements will be refused and sent back to the customer.


Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims

By placing an order with Janie Lee Collection, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes for delivered items that violate this policy may be contested with supporting shipment and delivery documentation.
