Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

During launches, restocks, holidays, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

Shipping Times

Once shipped, estimated delivery times will vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier.

Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping and billing information is accurate before placing an order.

Janie Lee Collection is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to reship the package.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the shipping carrier, Janie Lee Collection is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

We recommend shipping to a secure location to help prevent theft.


International Shipping

International shipping availability and rates are calculated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country.

Janie Lee Collection is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
